Habitat for Humanity is coming to Sartell-St. Stephen High School and needs partners!
Since 2015, Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity has partnered with local high schools, colleges, and youth organizations to provide valuable, hands-on homebuilding experiences for students. With help from community donors, materials are delivered to the school and students and instructors build the upper level of a Habitat home from start to finish. The home is moved to a donated or purchased lot at the end of the school year and completed by community volunteers.
The partnership with Habitat helps students prepare for promising careers in the trades, as they gain experience framing, installing siding, roofing, trim, and cabinetry.
With each school build, a local family in need also realizes a path to stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. It's a win for the entire community and is only possible with your support.
Donate today to have a positive impact on students and a local family awaiting a home.
